Home Improvement Contractors' Fair

Please join us on February 28 between 6 and 8PM for the Beaverdale Neighborhood Association Home Improvement & Information Fair at the Northwest Community Center, located at 5110 Franklin Ave. 

Beaverdale residents are now eligible for multiple programs that provide free grants and/or forgivable loans for residents to make home improvements. 

Attend this free BNA-sponsored event to talk with representatives from InvestDSM, City of Des Moines Block Challenge Grants, and Neighborhood Finance Corp. regarding their free or low-cost funding programs for home renovations and/or additions. 

Also, plan your home improvement projects by talking with any of 16+ different contractors, across multiple construction trades.  You can ask questions, obtain ideas and information, and set up appointments for project bids.
