The Beaverdale Garden Walk is held every other year in June.
The 2025 Garden Walk was our most successful ever! With nearly 600 tickets sold and seven beautiful gardens on display, it was the largest turnout we’ve ever had. And it showed in the energy and conversations had throughout the day.
Each garden offered its unique beauty and creativity. From thoughtfully designed small yards to expansive spaces with fruit trees, bees, sheds, and party-ready patios, this year’s walk was filled with inspiration. Guests learned about native trees like the Serviceberry, admired clever pathways and water features, and left feeling both motivated and educated, especially as the city encourages a shift away from maple trees due to their high density in the area.
This year’s event raised $7,000 for future Beaverdale Beautification Projects… a huge accomplishment made possible through ticket sales and the support of generous sponsors
We were especially thrilled to see so many families and younger neighbors participating this year, thanks in part to our first-ever online ticket sales and increased community awareness. As we look ahead to 2027, the Beautification Committee is exploring ways to grow the event without overwhelming our generous garden hosts. There are so many reasons Beaverdale is special—and this year’s garden walk reminded us how lucky we are to live in a neighborhood that celebrates beauty, community, and connection.
