IV. Vote/Discussion: -Treasurer’s Report      -Bookfest update: They have received their 501 3C so they will be their own fiscal agent.       -Updates are items are looking good. More discussion under Bluegrass financial.       – Looking at a deficit for the year, but still in good standing on accounts Jesse 
V. Public Comment: BNA Member and Public Comment  
VI. Discussion –Bluegrass recap/financials       – Looking for some new revenues and options for revenue streams.        – On act already booked       -July 11th 2026 park is booked       – Vote on donation to donate $500 to Boy Scouts for helping with event  –Fall Festival booth recap      – All in all ok. Little short on help      – Location may be improved      – Need to complete a one sheet  –Website/CRM update      – CRM is ready and onboarding for the site is done. Need to push forward     – Memberships still old portal into the old system.  –Merchandise      – Don to get links and information to have added to new merch  –Public Affairs update      – Planning for quarterly meeting      – Don is getting dates set for next year’s meetings on the calendar.   –Booverdale      – Oct. 23rd 4-6      – Coordinating with Holy Trinity trunk or treat there will be 5:30-6:30  –Quarterly meeting agenda      -November will be Strategic Planning      – Setting dates for 26      – Discussion of Board being responsible for Quarterly Meetings  –Holiday Happenings      – Need to start planning  –Beautification     – Finalizing donation from Garden Walk and some holdback to fund trees  -Membership numbers      – 341 is the active number Jesse/Craig  All  Kevin  Eric  Josh/Don  Josh  Josh/Don  All  Terry  Kylie 
VII. Discussion -Urbandale Ave bike path   presentation in November      – Looking to come in and looking at some other items in relation to bike bus  -Strategic plan process moving forward      – Dave sent out plan today and need to review document      – Looking to present at November Quarterly meeting     – Dave to move back to VP role Craig moving into President’s role, and Dave will take over ownership of Strategic Plan Dave    Dave

Next Quarterly Meeting:  November 11, 2025 – 7:00 pm – Northwest Community Center
