IV.Vote/Discussion:Treasurer’s Report – Net loss in October. Strategic plan and an unexpected loss of a grant – Annual loss mostly due to book fair and that is going off the books to its own 501C3, ad revenue decrease in Sidewalk, and grant for Blue Grass that will not be received – Financial Management and Internal Controls are now required by the City. Ensuring separation of duties to provide more oversight. Vote next month on approval of plan presented. –Bluegrass update – Proposal to advance budget dollars to mitigate risk and move the restriction forward as it was not used –2026 budget input Starting process for approvals for next years budget. Looking to bring various committees into discussion and plan – Presentation of earnings and fund allocation of overage of funds to Beaverdale Park projectJesse   Dave
V.Public Comment:BNA Member and Public CommentUrbandale Ave. bike lanes – Jeff Wiggins from the city came to present some information on the history and issues with protected bike lanes. – Data shown of speeds, accidents, and top reasons – Gave arial views and allocations of width – History of bike lanes in area Merle Hay back to Beaver – Dan from Moore Bike Bus still would like to see what we could do to make it a safer experience. – Discussions with Council representatives and other groups to gauge interest in turning into no parkingJeff Wiggins
VI.Discussion/Vote:  Strategic plan Approved to go forward with plan –December planning meeting – Have a larger meeting with those involved to have a deeper dive and view of 2026 budgetEveryone
VII.Discussion-Quarterly meeting/Public Affairs Updates to come -Beautification update Bulbs are planted and that wraps up activities -Website launched/CRM update Website is launched CRM training will be given -Engagemenet committee Held Social at Parlor on Nov. 5th and had over 70 attendees A couple sign-ups to the BNA -Booverdale analysis High turn out and a perfect night for the event Continue to improve and expand the events -Holiday Happenings December 6th is the meeting Nick Mertz has been assisting with past events Don has reached out to businesses and bars. More response from bars on involvement in bar crawl. Materials seem to be in order from previous year -Apparel site is up Tshirt graphics has site up and apparel available. On Beaverdale Bikes site and BNA site -Other items  Don/Josh Terry Kevin Kevin Josh All Dave
