-Statements sent and numbers
preliminary at this time.
-Mike still putting month and year
together still strong overall, but net
loss for year. Driver is ad revenue loss
from Sidewalk.
-Bluegrass expenses have gone out
but starting to see sponsor dollars
coming in so moving back to positive.
-Moving vote to April due to lack of
information.

VI. Report: Clothing Sales Update
-Two new adult shirt styles
-One new youth and have some stock
of youth.
-Available on the website through TSG
custom.
-Will be pushed through BNA social
media sites and BNA website.

-External Communications Form
-CRM & Mailing Lists still working to
clean up.
-Next Social May 7th
-Membership 358
-Social at Edencrest was 48 on April
1st.
-Working on re-engagement
communication.

The public forum provides speakers an opportunity to address the board for up to three minutes regarding items that
are not on the agenda. The public forum is not a time for board engagement and discussion as only matters posted in
the public agenda may be discussed. Matters requiring attention will receive appropriate board follow-up at a time
after the meeting.

VIII. Report Special Events
-Easter Egg Hunt was a great turn out.
Record number of prize handouts for
tickets. Thanks to all volunteers for
helping.
-MEGA Scrub Event (5/16) last minute
change of BNA may be taking over the
event. Meeting with Lower Beaver.
-Planning/Changes Update needs to
get documentation in order for events.
-Volunteers Needed for the event we
will get information out soon.

IX. Report Beautification Committee
-Memorial Tree Walk Sunday before
Memorial Day. General history of the
process and why and how to sponsor a
tree. The time will be from 2-4. Event
will be a drop in. Park at Green State or
Fareway.

X. Report Bluegrass Committee
-Sponsorships Received 8,000 from
Polk County, 500 from Price Chopper,
500 from Basic Bird, and others
coming in.

Strategic Planning

discussion needed to go through
where the future and prudent decision
on continuance is and look of

to set up a form for volunteers.

City and Moore bike bus group will be
presenting at the meeting. May need
to set up a feedback loop to gain input
from residents.
