I. Call Meeting to Order Dave, Jesse, Josh, Terry, Kylie, Eric, Don, Danny, Christian, Rich  Dave 
II.  Vote: Approved Agenda  Dave 
III. Vote: Approved Minutes from June 4, 2026 Josh  
IV. Vote/Discussion: Board leadership –Voted to fill President role and Josh was nominated and approved -Due to Josh nomination need to fill Secretary role. Don was nominated and voted in Treasurer’s Report -Good position above 10k ahead of plan -Higher cash due to matured CD which has now be reinvested -Medicap paid off the money we had written off also -Above on merchandise and membership due to efforts of committees and board -Sidewalk still largest loss leader -Did have to close our accounts and reopen due to fraud Clothing sales update –Eric has put together some great koozies and stickers for smaller sale items -Also new options for shirts based off the sticker designs Urbandale Avenue bike lane –Survey results came back and were overwhelming favor to endorse the banning of parking on Urbandale Ave -Board votes to write a letter to support proposal based on information gained from residents Hazen water tower MOU? –Need to follow up and Jesse will follow up for future communications Officers Jesse                  Eric      Dave       ?? 
V. Public Comment: BNA Member and Public Comment Grinnell College data collection? -Research on policy being conducted by the students -Taking in information for surveys and interviews -Comparing neighborhoods across a couple cities in Iowa to see what interpretation of neighborhoods and insights glean Lily Shoemaker 
VI. Report Engagement Committee Website/Membership update Social events Farmers Market update -Participating every other week Large turn out at part for the event Next event will be at NNO Kevin/Danny  
VII. Report Beautification Committee Hiatus for Summer  Terry 
VIII. Report Special Events Quarterly meeting agenda -DART, Suicide Prevention, Vinyl Cup, and ReBorrowed will be at next meeting along with normal updates. Meeting is August 11th at 7:00 NNO – August 4th -Able to move everything to West side of road to eliminate road crossing risk. Price Chopper being a great partner and moving across to help -Many specials and treats for the kids along with activities for the whole family Josh/Don 
IX. Discussion Bluegrass update –Event on 2:30-10:00 p.m. July 11th  -Amazing effort by the team that has been putting in an unbelievable amount of effort -Similar set up with music, food, vendors, beer, and great neighbors -Budget tracking well and all signs are ready for a great event -Kid Zone is a new addition -Received Prairie Meadows grant for 2027 Storage Unit –Help needed to move -New location is Storage Mart up in Johnston on Merle Hay  Jesse            Josh
