Treasurer's Report: January approved

-                      Jesse going through and familiarizing. Mike and Jay have been helping gain clarity.

-                      Some outstanding checks for items like Side Walk.

-                      New membership higher than projected for January.

-                      Bluegrass projected revenue appears to be favoring more to the positive.

-                      Nick Mertes provided insight to Bluegrass for the new Board members on how it functions and financials work.

Discussion

Any issues from quarterly meeting to follow up on?

-                      All voting slates passed. Dave will remain President, Craig will be VP, Jesse will be Treasurer, and Josh will be secretary. All new members approved.

-                      Had the new Police Chief Mike McTaggert and City works director

-                      Councilman Carl Voss discussed Beaver and 41^st construction project.

-                      Polk County Supervisor Angela Connely will present at the May Quarterly meeting.

-                      Partnership with Union Park on Contractor Fair. February 27^th from 6:00-8:30 p.m. at Ding Darling Park
