1. Call to Order at 7:01 p.m. – Dave
2. Approval of Agenda: Motion carried. – Dave

• Approval of May meeting minutes: Motion carried. – Dave

1. Treasurer’s Report and monthly financials – Dave
   1. Review and approval of May financials: Motion carried.
   2. June financials to be discussed and reviewed during August’s board meeting.
2. July Board Meeting
   1. Discussed cancelling July meeting, falls on July Fourth holiday: Motion carried – Dave
3. Public Comment

• Beautification Committee Carving Quest
  500. Request for additional event funding and materials (up to $500.00): Motion carried – Dave – from BNA funds
• Public Affairs:
  1. Beaverdale Big Event:
     1. Well received, great public interest and volunteer efforts
     2. Grow event and projects with large public interest
  2. SCRUB event:
     1. Went well, strong BNA volunteer presence.
     2. Increase efforts to plan future SCRUB events.
  3. National Night Out:
     1. August 6^th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
     2. Seeking activity volunteers.

• National Night Out

1. Bluegrass Festival – Eddie
   1. Discussed festival funding, fully funded with larger principal.
   2. Forecasting larger turnout than prior years.
   3. Discussed licensing and permitting, in-place.
2. BNA Scholarship – Craig and Jesse
   1. Revisited future development of additional revenue streams.
   2. Discussed research and compliance questions regarding conflict of interest and taxation.
3. Other Business
   1. Committee restructuring – Dave
      1. Discussed need for refocusing efforts and organization of the committees.
      2. Discussed proposed team building and working session amongst committees and respective chairs.
   2. BNA Instagram – Josh
      1. Page is live, well received and good interest in posted content.
      2. Discussed utilizing social media scheduling software to increase awareness and visibility of future events.
   3. Next Quarterly Resident Meeting: 8/1/2024
