The first quarter meeting of the Beaverdale Neighborhood Association will be held Tuesday, February 3 at 7:00 pm at the Northwest Community Center, 5110 Franklin Avenue.

The meeting will feature presentations by Polk County Treasurer Mary Wells (pictured above), a representative from the Neighborhood Finance Corporation to discuss NFC priorities in 2026, and a staff member from Edencrest Living in Beaverdale, to inform neighbors of the services that are offered.

Des Moines police officer Trudy Paulson will update neighbors on the latest crime statistics, and there will be updates from the BNA board about plans for 2026.

All Beaverdale neighbors are welcome to attend. Refreshments are available at 6:30 pm with the meeting starting at 7:00.
