Union Park Contractors Fair - status and updates

Discussed doing every year - every other year at either UP or Beaverdale location with that respective neighborhood taking the lead on organizing. Discussed reason for partnership - Similar aged homes, close neighborhoods. FEB 27 2025 date. Changing wording to working in partnership with on sidewalk. Planning for ours in 2026 in November of 2025. Happening every year but transitions location every year.

BNA 1st Quarterly meeting agenda discussion

We tentatively have:

New police chief Mike McTaggart  (now Jonathan Gano)

-Kate M. let her know that the quarterly Q1 will be before the sidewalk goes out. 

Sasha to Josh - Can board work with Kate to coordinate quarterly schedule? Need to go out 2 weeks before the meeting. 

Feb board will have strategic planning meeting for BNA as a whole. Memberships, bylaws, better communication, social media, sidewalk. 

Spreadsheet that has how many people needed for event, who leads it? Budget, instructions, business contacts etc.

Update on website/auto membership feature?

-Finalists for portal

-Met at board meeting for getting this closer to the finish line

Beautification in June so want to not schedule big event on same day as that this year. 

Easter Egg Hunt prep - do we want to set dates for egg stuffing, anything else we need to talk on?

APR 12 sat before palm sunday TENTATIVE CITY PERMIT. 

CONSTRUC ON WOODED SECTION STARTS THIS SPRING BUT WILL NOT IMPACT. 

Late March, early April 2 stuffing dates exact dates to come from Sasha later. 

-Idea for a Clean up day on the shed scheduled for some day discussed. 

BNA MADE A DONATION TO THE CITY FOR THE BLOCK PARTY TRAILER. 

ASKED FOR 200, WE GAVE 600

Possibly use for NNO - discussed. 

 The February Public Affairs meeting will be on the 19^th from 5:30-6:30 PM. Restaurant still TBD.
