Public Works Director to meet with Beaverdale residents

Des Moines Public Works Director Jonathan Gano will speak with Beaverdale residents at the first quarter meeting of the Beaverdale Neighborhood Association.
The meeting is open to all residents of Beaverdale, whether members of the BNA or not.
It will be held Tuesday, Februaryu 4th at 7:00 pm at the Northwest Community Center, 5110 Franklin Avenue. The meeting starts at 7:00 but come at 6:30 for free snacks and refreshments to share with your neighbors.
Gano plans to talk about various city infrastructure issues, including snow plowing, sidewalk snow removal issues, road construction and waste removal.
Other agenda items include voting on new board members and officers for the BNA and an update on the Beaverdale Garden Walk, scheduled for June 7th.
